Below you will find answers to the most frequently asked questions about Pepitiva Biolabs products, ordering process, quality assurance, shipping, and research peptide handling. Our team has compiled these responses based on the most common inquiries we receive from researchers and laboratory professionals. If you cannot find the answer to your question here, please do not hesitate to contact our scientific support team via WhatsApp or email.
All Pepitiva Biolabs products are manufactured under strict quality control protocols and are intended exclusively for in vitro scientific research and laboratory use. We are committed to providing researchers with the highest quality research tools, comprehensive documentation, and responsive technical support to ensure your experiments produce reliable, reproducible results.
Are Pepitiva Biolabs peptides for human use?
No. All our products are intended exclusively for scientific research purposes (Research Use Only). We do not sell products for human or veterinary use.
How is peptide purity guaranteed?
Each batch undergoes HPLC (High Performance Liquid Chromatography) analysis and mass spectrometry. We provide Certificates of Analysis (COA) for all products.
What is the shipping time?
Order processing takes up to 24 hours. Shipping is done with specialized thermal packaging to ensure product integrity during transport.
How does the affiliate program work?
After registration, you receive an exclusive affiliate link. For each sale made through your link, you earn a commission. Payment is monthly via PIX and you can track everything through the affiliate dashboard.
What peptide categories does Pepitiva offer?
Our catalog covers six research categories: Metabolic peptides (Tirzepatide, Retatrutide, Semaglutide, AOD-9604), Regeneration compounds (Glow, Klow), Endocrine research tools (CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin), Longevity peptides (MOTS-c, SS-31, NAD+, Epithalon), Neuropeptides (Selank, Slupp332), and essential accessories including Bacteriostatic Water and Vitamin B12.
What is the Certificate of Analysis (COA)?
A Certificate of Analysis is an official document that accompanies each batch of peptide, reporting the results of analytical testing including HPLC purity percentage, mass spectrometry molecular weight confirmation, appearance, and storage conditions. The COA provides researchers with the transparent data they need to validate their experimental protocols.
Do you offer bulk pricing and discounts?
Yes. We offer tiered bulk discounts: 5% off on orders of 3 or more units, 10% off plus free shipping on orders of 5 or more units, and 15% off plus free shipping on orders of 10 or more units. These discounts apply automatically at checkout and can be combined across different products in our catalog.
How should research peptides be stored?
Lyophilized peptides should be stored at -20°C (freezer) for long-term stability. Once reconstituted, peptide solutions should be stored at 2-8°C (refrigerator) and used within the timeframe specified in the product documentation. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles as this may degrade peptide integrity.
Do you offer bulk pricing?
Yes! We offer automatic discounts for bulk orders: 10% off for 5+ units and 20% off for 10+ units of the same product. Discounts are applied automatically at checkout.
How can I verify product authenticity?
Each product comes with a unique batch number and a Certificate of Analysis (COA) that includes HPLC and mass spectrometry data. COAs are available for download on each product page.
How do I reconstitute lyophilized peptides?
To reconstitute lyophilized peptides, use sterile bacteriostatic water (0.9% benzyl alcohol). Add the water slowly to the vial, directing the stream against the glass wall rather than directly onto the powder cake. Gently swirl the vial until the powder is fully dissolved — do not shake or vortex vigorously, as this can damage the peptide structure. The recommended reconstitution volume depends on your desired working concentration. Allow 5-10 minutes at room temperature for complete dissolution before use. Refer to the specific product documentation for detailed reconstitution guidance.
What analytical methods are used to verify peptide quality?
Every batch of Pepitiva Biolabs peptides undergoes two primary analytical methods. First, reverse-phase high-performance liquid chromatography (RP-HPLC) with UV detection at 220nm determines peptide purity as a percentage of the total peak area. Second, electrospray ionization mass spectrometry (ESI-MS) confirms the molecular identity by comparing the observed molecular weight against the theoretical molecular weight. Additional tests may include endotoxin testing (LAL method), residual solvent analysis, and amino acid analysis depending on the product. All results are documented in the Certificate of Analysis that accompanies each shipment.
Can I use Pepitiva peptides for clinical or diagnostic purposes?
No. Pepitiva Biolabs products are labeled and sold exclusively as research chemicals for in vitro laboratory use only. They are not manufactured under pharmaceutical GMP conditions, have not undergone clinical trials, and are not approved by the FDA or any regulatory agency for human or veterinary therapeutic, diagnostic, or clinical use. Researchers are responsible for ensuring that their use of these products complies with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations governing research chemicals in their jurisdiction.
What happens if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your order arrives damaged during transit or contains incorrect products, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damaged items and packaging. We will arrange a replacement shipment at no additional cost. All orders are shipped in specialized thermal-insulated packaging with cold packs to minimize the risk of damage during transit. In the rare event that product integrity is compromised, we prioritize rapid resolution to ensure your research schedule is not disrupted.
