Research Use Only
ALL products sold by Pepitiva Biolabs are intended exclusively for in-vitro scientific research purposes. Products are NOT intended for human consumption, veterinary use, food, cosmetic, or household applications. By placing an order, you confirm you are a qualified researcher or affiliated with a research institution.
Product Information
We strive to ensure accuracy of product descriptions, specifications, and pricing. However, we reserve the right to correct errors and update information without prior notice. Product images are for illustrative purposes.
Orders & Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Prices are in USD and may change without notice. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. An order confirmation does not constitute acceptance; the contract is formed upon shipment.
Shipping & Delivery
We ship worldwide with thermal protection. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier. Additional customs duties or import taxes are the buyer's responsibility.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of our products, returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items reported within 48 hours of delivery. Please refer to our Returns Policy for complete details.

Limitation of Liability
Pepitiva Biolabs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the jurisdiction where Pepitiva Biolabs is headquartered.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting. Continued use of our services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
