Returns & Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
Eligibility
Due to the sensitive nature of peptide products and strict quality requirements, we accept returns and issue refunds only in the following cases: product arrived damaged during shipping, incorrect product was shipped, product does not meet the purity specifications stated on the Certificate of Analysis (COA).
Time Frame
You must report any issue within 48 hours of receiving your order. Contact our support team with your order number, photographs of the damaged/incorrect product, and a description of the issue. Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible.
Refund Process
Once your claim is approved, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method or send a replacement product at no additional cost. Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days after approval.
Non-Returnable Items
Products that have been opened, reconstituted, or stored improperly are not eligible for returns. Orders cancelled after shipment are not eligible for refund. We cannot accept returns due to change of mind or ordering errors.
Shipping Costs
If the return is due to our error (damaged, incorrect, or defective product), we cover all return shipping costs. For all other cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for damaged or incorrect items. If you prefer a different product or dose, a new order must be placed. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
